The SLAM! programme that we have developed is at the heart of much of what we do. It is centred on an innovative and tested approach to peer-coaching, and offers a straightforward way of making this peer-coaching sustainable, embedded, bespoke and whole school. Its extensive piloting and applications have shown its worth and value.
