Bridging to the Future is a ‘bottom up, not top down’ company, so we don’t lecture and we don’t prejudge. BTF is fortunate in being able to call upon a range of personnel, some with very recent experience of education both as educators and learners. The aim of all the student orientated programmes is to optimise the individual progress of learners via a variety of activities and with specifically tailored resources and clear leadership of programmes by BTF. BTF makes particular use of individualised learning strategies and resources, weaved with raising aspirations, confidence and self esteem.

BTF also uses a student forum, current learners, who advise BTF on the applicability of the resources and approaches.
